Wordless Wednesday: Proving Mom Wrong
Yesterday I was playing a very enthusiastic game of tag with my son that somehow involved him throwing a basketball at me when I heard my not-very-interested-in-tag daughter say, “Mom, I found a four leaf clover.” Crazy things happen to my family and let’s face it, we live in a place where space shuttles strapped to airplanes fly overhead and earthquakes, tornadoes, and hurricanes all hit in the same week, but even so, I didn’t believe her. So I asked for proof. “That’s awesome, Emma, can you bring it to me?” I asked with an internal eye roll while trying to not get smacked in the face with an orange ball. “Sure, Mom….here:”

Everyone is finding them this spring!!! Kinda crazy how common they are lately!
Last year my son found 16 all in the same area. I couldn’t believe it when he kept finding more and more. We pressed them into a book and saved them all.
My son found one yesterday too. He took it to school.
