The #GeniusOfPlay Twitter Party

GOP_Logo_LargePlay is more than just a way for kids to be entertained and have some fun. Play is an important part of development for children and The Genius of Play™, a movement spearheaded by The Toy Association™, wants everyone to understand its importance.  The Genius of Play champions work to spread awareness of the important cognitive, social, physical, and emotional benefits of play that last a lifetime. With the recent launch of their PlayTalk video series, they hope to engage even more parents and draw their attention to the essential role of play in raising their kids. Each video touches on a topic relevant to all families today, and aims to spark dialogue among parents to express their unique views and opinions.

The PlayTalk series shows real views on play and parenting from real parents, just like you! Check out what other parents think about Kids & Screens, Unsupervised Play, Play at School, and Sports & Play. Then join in the conversation on your favorite social media platforms with the #GeniusOfPlay hashtag to share your thoughts and ideas with others.
