Hallmark for the Holidays

My family is a huge fan of tradition. We enjoy vacationing at the same resort every year, swimming in the same lake one week in August every summer, ending our days with the same prayer, and taking the same pictures at the start of every school year.

The Christmas holiday season holds by far the majority of our favorite family traditions from the cookies we bake to the decorations we place around our home. Our holiday season officially kicks off every year when we purchase our Christmas tree the day after Thanksgiving. And as soon as the tree is in place, we head to our local Hallmark Gold Crown store to purchase our annual Keepsake Ornaments.

Over the years my kids have chosen everything from adorable penguins to their favorite Disney characters, and I typically also purchase a family Keepsake Ornament that means something to the entire family. My favorite is Mickey’s house, all decorated for the holidays.

To my family, Hallmark is an integral part of the holidays. We often browse the entire store after selecting our Keepsake, and rarely leave with just our ornaments. We have a collection of Hallmark singing snowmen, and frequently find gifts that we know friends and family will love.

This year’s Hallmark Gold Crown offerings for the holiday season are just as heartwarming and captivating as always. Noah selected the Countdown to Christmas ornament, which features an electronic countdown to Christmas day along with lights and motion (Santa’s legs swing!).

I’ve got my eye on this year’s caroling snowman…

hallmarksnowmanYou can check out both Noah’s Keepsake Ornament selection as well as my snowman wish list item in the Hallmark Gold Crown digital magazine, which includes special offers, gift suggestions, and yes, my family’s favorite Keepsake Ornaments. You can also receive $5 off a purchase of $10 or more on full-priced merchandise at Hallmark Gold Crown stores with this special coupon.

Happy holidays!

I was compensated by Hallmark for my participation in this special promotion. All opinions and Hallmark purchases are my own.
