As a busy work-at-home mom, I know personally what a challenge it is to eat healthy and keep up with my family’s hectic schedule.  Like many of you, I am always looking for new sources of healthy yet delicious recipes and new foods that pack a powerful, nutritious punch.

About the Taste the WOW Tour

The “Taste the WOW” tour, now in its third season, stops at food and health events to demonstrate how avocados can add the “wow” factor to everyday meals and snacks, as well as to recipes for entertaining.  Visitors will also learn how to “Slice, Twist, and Pop” their way to getting the most out of their avocado. The Taste-mobile will be making its way down the East coast and up through the Midwest making twelve stops along the way. Cheryl Forberg will be joining the “Taste the WOW!” Tour at the Georgia Marathon in Atlanta on March 16 and the International Wine, Spirits & Beer Show in Chicago on May 5 to share some of her favorite avocado recipes from her newest cookbook, Flavor First.


Ten (10) winners will each receive a copy of Cheryl Forberg’s Flavor First.

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a signed copy of Flavor First plus five avocados
