New Disney Resorts – Update!
In January I wrote about two exciting new resorts coming to the Disney Resort family. Aulani, a Disney resort in Hawaii, is now open! Aulani combines the Disney experience and service that you expect with the beauty and experience of visiting Hawaii. Aulani features 359 rooms including 16 suites, 460 Disney Vacation Club Villas, 4 restaurants, 2 lounges, a spa, fitness enter, Aunty’s Beach House Kids’ Club, Painted Sky Teen Spa, pools, water slides and more! I’ve also got an update on Disney’s Art of Animation Resort! You can now book your stay at this new value category result opening in the early summer of 2012. This resort will feature the movies Finding Nemo, Cars, The Lion King, and The Little Mermaid. With more than 800 standard guest rooms and 1,100 family suites, prices per night will range from $94 to $248.

I am SO excited about the Art of Animation resort! My oldest daughter Maggie is obsessed with Nemo, I can’t wait to take her there!

As much as I’d love to say I’m most excited about Aulani, I’ll likely never make it out there to Hawaii. But yes! The Art of Animation may become our new favorite Disney Resort property!
