31 Days of Disney: Hidden Mickeys

For those of you who are not Disneyphiles like I am, a “Hidden Mickey” is when a Mickey Mouse appears subtly in the design of things such as architecture, bedspreads, wallpaper, curtains and more. Finding Hidden Mickeys is one of our favorite free activities while we are visiting Walt Disney World.

We first began finding Hidden Mickeys when we stayed at the Wilderness Lodge Villas in December of 2008. This Hidden Mickey appears on the bedspreads there:

And this is one of my favorites from an evening in the Magic Kingdom:

Nobody knows for sure how many Hidden Mickeys appear around the Walt Disney World parks, Disneyland parks, and all of the resort properties and cruise line ships. Where is your favorite Hidden Mickey?
