With Valentine’s Day on the horizon, we’re all thinking about how to best celebrate the ones we love. For many of us, that means a special dinner at home or great date night out at a restaurant. What designates “local”, and what is the difference between organic and non-organic? These terms and others are becoming staples on menus and in stores – and, until now, few have been clearly defined.
