About Creativity for Kids

Creativity for Kids was founded by two moms who met volunteering as creative programming leaders in their children’s elementary school classrooms. Phyllis Brody and Evelyn Greenwald were struck by the magic the children created with simple, interesting materials and the room to make their own choices. With the help of their families, they began packaging the magic on a ping-pong table in Evelyn’s basement.  They took their product sets to the International Toy Fair in NYC and caught the attention of major toy retailers, leading the way for a new category of toys: creative activities.
