Together Counts Fall Twitter Party

Together Counts is a nationwide program whose goal is to inspire active and healthy living.  The principle behind this program is Energy Balance, which means balancing the calories we consume with the calories we burn.  This first-of-its-kind coalition has brought together more than 200 retailers, food and beverage manufacturers, restaurants, sporting goods and insurance companies, trade associations and non-governmental organizations, and professional sports organizations to inspire families and provide resources for them.

The program also seeks to get kids more healthy and active in schools as part of its mission to help reduce childhood obesity.  In fact, they’re currently running three sweepstakes with prizes totaling more than $150,000 to extend their energy balance curriculum into schools!  Be sure to enter your kids’ schools for a chance to win.

Please join me along with Together Counts as we celebrate this busy but beautiful fall season and chat about ways to find balance in our hectic lives, working towards active and healthy living for the whole family.  Let’s share fun ideas and inspiration!  I hope to see you the…
