Blogust, the Blog Relay for Good

All bloggers know that comments count, but for the month of August, comments can count to save lives.  Each day of August a new blogger is writing a post in the blog relay to support Shot@Life, and for each comment made on a Blogust blog post throughout the month, an anonymous donor will donate $20 to Shot@Life.

What can $20 do in the life of a child?  It happens to be the exact cost to immunize a child with four life-saving vaccines.

That’s right – every comment can save a life.

To find the schedule of blog posts including the first week of posts, please visit Blogust.org.  You can also follow @shotatlife on Twitter and Facebook for the latest updates and posts.

To remember to comment every day, I’ve got a sticky note on my computer monitor.  What can you do to spread the word and help make comments count?

As always, this charitable post is written without compensation of any kind.  Learn more about Shot@Life at ShotatLife.org.
