National Nutrition Month is here, the perfect time to learn more about making healthy choices for you and your family. And with the recent release of the 2010 Dietary Guidelines for Americans, a little practical advice is just what the dietitian ordered.
Join two moms as they share their unique perspectives as a registered dietitian and dairy farm mom. Steph Cundith, RD and Karen Bohnert will be available for an hour to share nutritional advice, recipes and personal tips to keep the kids eating right and moving more.
Aside from what the new Dietary Guidelines say about dairy, you will also learn quick tips for serving a balanced breakfast and how to encourage your child to get movin’. Plus, the hostesses will explain one of their biggest secrets – it’s called “Parent Power”. And we want to hear from you, too!
