Kansas Beef Council Twitter Party Thursday

The end of summer may be here, but there is still plenty of time to grill a delicious steak!  Whether it is a get-together with friends, tailgating for the big game or simply grilling a terrific meal for the family, celebrate Labor Day and the end of the summer season in style.

Join Chef Jasper Mirabile, Jr., the distinguished chef at Jasper’s Italian Restaurant in Kansas City, as he shares delicious steak grilling recipes and personal culinary tips. Heidi Wells, RD, the registered dietitian for the Kansas Beef Council, will join Chef Jasper to share nutritional information and food safety advice. You will learn great beef recipes and elevate your status as grill-meister with tips for preparing the perfect steak. Are you a die-hard charcoal griller? Do you have a special marinade or rub? Come ready to share your very own grilling tips and recipes with Chef Jasper, Heidi and everyone else!
