About K12
As the largest online curriculum provider and administrator of charter schools (K-12) in the nation, K12 (www.k12.com) provides students and families many options. In partnership with public e-schools, K12 offers a tuition-free option that uses K12′s original curriculum, accessed via an Online School and through more traditional methods. Also, the K12 International Academy is a private, diploma-granting school with extensive, individualized support to focus on unlocking each student’s unique potential. Part-time options are also available for teacher-led, credit-bearing courses. Last year, approximately 70,000 students were educated in K12 schools in 25 states. Additionally, our community includes over 2,000 teachers, making us the largest network of online school teachers in the United States.

I’m interested in learning more about online learning. As both a parent AND someone who is helping to develop an online family management journal which, among other features, stores a child’s educational records, this topic is very relevant and useful.
I want to win this…. so badly…

This will be exciting. I have been wanting info about them since I heard someone say they received free curriculum in their state. I don’t believe our state offers it but if Iowa did…even my hubby would be more on board to homeschool!
